Best Diet Plan to loose weight

WARM WATER 


  • Firstly start your morning with a warm cup of water having a teaspoon of honey and a whole lemon in it.

BREAKFAST


  • After at least half an hour take an egg with two brown bread slices in breakfast.
  • You can take egg in any form but make sure you take a non stick fry pan that ensures less use of oil.
  • You can take a cup of tea or coffee but in low fat milk.

LUNCH


  • Take a break and for lunch you can have any sort of salad either chick pea salad, either fresh lettuce with cucumbers, or any salad that you like it can have boiled chicken added in it.

DINNER

  • With this whole routine a cup of green tea can be added between any meals during the whole day.

BED TIME


  •  Before going to bed add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in warm milk and drink it. Apple cider is very good for detoxing the body at the end of a day.
  • Remember to finish your last meal of the day before 7 pm in the night.
