"The Easiest Chicken Nuggets Ever"

Recipe of  Chicken Nuggets:

Ingredients:


  • Chicken Mince (Half Kg).
  • Milky Bread (4 pieces).
  • Oil 3 tbsp.
  • Salt Half tsp.
  • White pepper 1 tsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Paprika powder half tsp.
  • Garlic paste half tbsp.
  • 1 egg.
  • 3 tbsp milk.
  • Bread crumbs as required.
  • Oil for frying.

Method:



  1. In a chopper add in the mince, 4 bread slices, salt, white pepper, soy sauce, garlic paste, paprika powder and grind it well until the mince is smooth and soft. Use a chopper/grinder that can make fine mince with no granules, as the mince for nugget needs to be very fine.
  2. Next oil your hands and then put in the mince mixture onto a cutting board or clean shelf and then add 3 tbsp of oil in the mince and give it a good rub with hands so that the mixture becomes less sticky and is able to be moulded into nugget shape. (Similar to kneading).
  3. Let it set for 15 Minutes.
  4. Next in a bowl add and egg and the milk, season with pinch of salt and pepper and mix it with a fork.
  5. After that take about 2 cups of bread crumbs in a plate.
  6. Now shape the nuggets as you like and first dip the nugget into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs, so that they are thoroughly covered with the bread crumbs.
  7. Make all the nuggets in the similar way and place them on a tray and freeze them for about 24 hours.
  8. After 24 hours, you can shift them in a zip lock bag.
  9. On medium flame, fry them in oil until golden brown.
  10. Serve with ketchup and fries.
