Vegetable Spaghetti:
Hey peeps! This is my easy and delicious version of vegetable spaghetti that can be served with chicken manchurian, sesame honey chicken, chicken chilli dry or any sides you like. It is a very quick recipe. Hope you will find it great, so let's begin:
Ingredients:
- half pack spaghetti 250 gm (serves 3).
- vegetables julian cut (carrots, capsicum, cabbage) I personally only put in capsicum.
- one medium sized onion (sliced).
- oil. (4 tbsp).
- garlic 1 tbsp.
- green onions sliced (equal to half a cup).
Spices:
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp chicken powder.
- 1 tsp parika powder.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 4 tbsp chilli garlic sauce.
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
(All spices can be varied according to taste buds),
Method:
- Boil water in a pan, add in a tbsp of oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Add in the spaghetti and then boil for 7 minutes max.
- Strain the spaghetti and add in a tsp of oil and mix it.
- In a pan add oil and then add in the onions, once the onions are translucent add in the garlic, saute for a minute, you don't need to overcook them so add in the soy sauce first, then add in all the remaining spices as mentioned above.
- You made add a little water to adjust the sauce.
- Now, add in the veggies and stir fry on high flame, you don't need to cook the veggies more than 5 minutes.
- After that you can add in the boiled spaghetti. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
